Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickQueue at https://quickqueue.in (the "Service"), operated by Ashok Infotech ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you sign up for a business, clinic, salon or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" means that organisation.
1. The Service
QuickQueue is online software for managing walk-in queues and tokens: issuing tokens, calling customers at counters, showing a "Now Serving" screen, self-service kiosks and live token tracking for your customers. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Price
- The queue management features of the Service are free of charge.
- We may later offer optional paid features. We will describe them and their price before you can use them, and you will never be charged unless you choose to buy them.
- To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we may set fair-use limits. We will tell you before a limit affects you.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep passwords secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account and the staff accounts you create.
- Tell us promptly at care@quickqueue.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your customers' personal data
When you use the Service you may enter personal data about your customers (such as names, phone numbers and email addresses) and your staff. For that data, you are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), and we process it only on your behalf and on your instructions, to provide the Service. You agree that you will:
- have a lawful basis, including consent where required, for the personal data you enter, and give your customers any notice the law requires;
- collect only what you need to serve your customers;
- not use the Service to store medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, payment card details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information. The Service is not an electronic health record system;
- handle your customers' requests to access, correct or erase their data. We will help you do this.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, through the Service;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service;
- try to access other businesses' data, probe or break our security, or interfere with the Service or its users;
- overload the Service, or use automated tools against it beyond normal use by your screens and devices;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written permission;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your business.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but it is provided free and "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular uptime. Keep a fallback for your front desk, such as paper tokens, in case the Service or your internet connection is unavailable.
7. Ownership
- We own the Service, its software and its design.
- You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to host, copy and process it only as needed to run the Service for you, and to keep it secure.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. Suspension and ending your use
- You can stop using the Service at any time. The owner can delete the business and its data from Settings, or email us to do it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, puts other users or the Service at risk, or when the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we ever decide to shut down the Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from the data you put into the Service, your use of it in breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law, including data protection law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes we will notify account owners by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
