QuickQueue

Help & setup guide

Everything you need to run your first queue. Can't find an answer? Contact support.

Get started

  1. Go to https://quickqueue.in/signup and choose your type of business. QuickQueue creates your first branch, sample services, one counter per service, a TV display link and a kiosk link.

  2. Confirm your email address with the link we send you.

  3. Open Settings to change your business name, brand colour, wording (for example Doctor, Room, Patient) and queue rules.

Services

  1. Services are what customers come for, such as "Consultation". Each has a token prefix: Consultation tokens are C-001, C-002 and so on.

  2. Booking mode decides whether a service takes walk-ins, online bookings, or both. Duration, capacity and notice period control the booking slots.

  3. Turn on "Online bookings need staff approval" if you want to confirm each booking yourself.

Counters and staff

  1. Add a counter for each desk, room or window, and tick the services it serves. It will only call those services.

  2. Add staff under Staff, choose their role (Branch Manager, Receptionist or Provider) and the branches they work in.

  3. Staff who serve customers open Counter, choose their counter and press "Start session".

Issuing tokens

  1. At reception, open Queue, choose the service, add a name and priority if needed, and press "Issue token". You can print a ticket with a QR code.

  2. If the customer gives an email address, they receive a link to follow their place in line.

  3. Put a token on hold when someone steps away, and resume it later in its original place.

Calling customers

  1. On the counter screen, press "Call next" or N. When the customer arrives, press Start, then Complete (C) when done.

  2. Recall (R) announces the token again. After the recall limit, the token becomes a no-show. Skip (S) moves it a few places back.

  3. Transfer sends the customer to another service or counter without losing their place. "Take a break" pauses calls to your counter.

TV display and kiosk

  1. Open Screens & kiosks to copy each device's private link. Open the display link in a TV browser, press "Full screen", and tap once to turn on sound.

  2. Open the kiosk link on a tablet near the entrance. Customers pick a service and get a token with a QR code, or check in with their booking reference.

  3. Each screen can show only some services or counters. If a link leaks, create a new one: the old link stops working immediately.

Online booking

  1. Your booking page is quickqueue.in/your-name/book. It appears as a button on your public page.

  2. Customers confirm with a code sent to their email and receive reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.

  3. Reception sees each day's bookings under Appointments, where they can check customers in, cancel or mark no-shows. Add holidays under Closed dates.
