QuickQueue for Service offices
Every applicant at the right window
Separate queues for applications, documents and enquiries, windows that call the right people, and transfers that keep each applicant's place.
A typical day
-
An applicant takes an "Enquiry" token at the entrance kiosk.
-
Window 3 calls them, finds they need document submission, and transfers them.
-
They keep their original place in the document queue instead of starting again.
-
A screen above the document windows shows only the document tokens.
Problems it solves
Applicants restart the line when sent to another window
Transfers keep their original place in line.
One big screen confuses different sections
Each screen can show only selected services or windows.
